Employee Experience Program Manager

• Responsiblefor strategy and execution of internal global EVP programs and ensuring alignmentwith Racker-facing programs and employeebrand.
• Drive talent attraction, engagement, and retention, DIB, and internal employee brand programs.
• Create and maintain aligned experience and messaging across programs in all geographies
• Create and deliver communications of Racker-facing HR Programs, such as DIB,Benefits, Comp, Performance, and TDfor 'onevoice' branding.
• Heavy articulating internal and external communications.
• Reviewing and fully understanding all program/project requirements (business and technical).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as coordinating across functions, internally and externally, to ensure delivery within scope, budget amp; schedule.
• Obtain a level of agility andinfluenceothers.
• Developing, documenting and effectively communication business programs.
• Evaluating and developing business processes andidentifyingareas where efficiencies may be gained.
• Consistently delivering amp; providing FANTATICAL support.

• Possessing a level of passion and the point of contact as the champion of leadership and for culture
• Strong knowledge of coordinating and monitoring programs from initiation through delivery.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs significantlyimpactingthe business.
• Driving and executing a business initiative and offering knowledge of coordinating and monitoring programs from initiation through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of all areas of business operations and organizational interactions.
• Excellent time management, communications, decision making, presentation, humanrelations,and organization skills.
• Trained in project methodologies or comparable industry experience.
• Experienced in development of program planning elements, including scheduling, resourcing,communication,and implementation of plans.
• Proficient with Visio andMSOffice tools, including Word,Excel,and PowerPoint.
• Able tomultitask, pivotdailyandwork independently as needed.
• Ability to communicate and influence leading volunteer groups.
• Ability to apply various leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations.
• Ability to successfully work, influence, and promote inclusiveness in small groups.

• Bachelor's degree AND 7 years project/program management experience required.
• At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement at a rate of 3 years experience for 1 year of higher education.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Relevant industry experience with familiarity navigating situations is highlydesired.
