Job Description

Order Expediters rush any orders that are priority, late, or requests from Customer Service amp; Management Team. VIP and Internal orders are also their priority.


They do daily audits of our open orders to ensure all orders flow in a timely manner through the production process.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Daily breakdown of orders in pipeline
  • Review Admin and reprint stagnant orders throughout the day
  • Check dates on pipeline and go through that statuses
  • Submit reprints for defective items received
  • Print invoices for Invoice to Print and Error invoices orders
  • Reprint invoices in Assembly status that have not moved
  • Check internal data base assigned tasks, if any
  • Follow up on orders needing files to be designed
  • Complete tasks left from previous shift, if any
  • Gather reprints from the previous night and update, if any
  • Report personalization/color issues to customer service
  • Report out of stock items t purchasing to fulfill orders
  • Follow up with warehouse on new pending items/accessories and out of stock items
  • Follow up with production floor (all areas) to make sure everything is flowing
  • Report redesign and template issue


Shifts available:

Mid Shift: M-F 10am-6:30pm, must be open to weekends and OT

Second Shift: 2pm-10:30pm, must be open to weekends and OT

  • Must be able to use adobe, Excel, Word, amp; Publisher.
