AprilMay Company Inc. is a pediatric outpatient behavioral health organization. We provide a full spectrum of services specific to the treatment of children and families suffering from complex mental health disturbances. AprilMay is dedicated to delivering effective, high quality support to promote resilience in the children and families we serve.
We are seeking innovative licensed clinicians enthusiastic about providing mental health services to elementary and middle school scholars with behavioral and emotional challenges enrolled in a District of Columbia Public Charter School (DCPCS). Due to COVID-19, successful candidates will perform job functions virtually.

The essential functions of the position will require clinicians to work in collaboration with school leadership and the Student Support Team (SST) to provide support in the following key areas:

Level I Clinician:
Master’s degree in Social Work. Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) and/or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in the District of Columbia; and a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in an urban school setting, is preferred but not required.
Level II Clinician:
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology. Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the District of Columbia; and two (2) years of experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents and families.
Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in an urban school/setting, is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated proficiency with business technology applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite -Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and telehealth preferred)Benefits
