Requirements
A day in the life of our Third Party Patient Navigators
This role will assist in supporting our Donor Program - NEST. In this capacity, the Third Party Patient Navigator is essential in establishing an exceptional experience to all our patients. They work hand in hand with our NEST and primary care teams to prepare our patients' gamete donor candidates with the information they need to approach their egg/sperm donation. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process and ensure compliance with regulations and laws for Human ART in the U.S., state, adheres to the policy and procedures of Spring Fertility and ensures work is performed in accordance with ASRM and FDA standards.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans
- Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures
- Develop trust and positive rapport with all new patients
- Explain complex medical process and terms in a digestible manger
- Monitor patient compliance and readiness for treatment
- Scheduling appointments
Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or a degree in Healthcare, has a passion for women’s health and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
We are available to our patients seven days a week, including holidays, so flexible availability is a must! While some experience comes in handy, we are willing to train the right person.
