Established in 1990, WS is a vertically-integrated company that conceptualizes, owns, operates and leases more than 100 properties that range from cutting-edge urban spaces to lifestyle and community centers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial interiors projects from lease negotiation through design, construction and occupancy either from the Tenant or Landlord side. Experience with lab projects preferred.

Immediate Opportunity/Initial Success:

Initial success will include development of strong collaborative working relationships with your cross-functional partners across company disciplines, including Operations, Development and Construction. This would include a positive attitude, solid work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for the projects and their success. Attention to detailed and thoughtful communication and organizational skills will be critical to success in this role and of the projects you are representing.

Potential for Growth/Longer Term Success:

Through your capable successful oversight of these project tasks and ability to adapt and expand your role, knowledge and experience, you will be an asset and a resource for the WS Development Team.
