Job Description

Title: Customer Success Fellow

Term: Full-time (40 hours/week), 12-16 weeks

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Location: MA-based or MA college/university undergraduate or graduate student

Position Overview:

Work hand-in-glove with our Customer Success team to complete activities related to the Solstice customer experience. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including responding to support tickets, optimizing use of support related softwares, building out knowledge documents, and getting involved with a variety of activities related to the internal operations processes of an early-stage company. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to dive right in, willing to learn on the fly, and eager to contribute wherever needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support tickets via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist with onboarding and welcoming new Solstice customers
  • Contribute to the optimization of Freshdesk and the Solstice Customer management platform with both an internal and external perspective
  • Create internal workflow and knowledge cards for institutional memory
  • Contribute to the development of a Customer Success Team manual/playbook
  • Conduct research on and prepare presentation materials for special projects
  • Other duties as assigned
