Title: Customer Success Fellow
Term: Full-time (40 hours/week), 12-16 weeks
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Location: MA-based or MA college/university undergraduate or graduate student
Position Overview:
Work hand-in-glove with our Customer Success team to complete activities related to the Solstice customer experience. Your role will involve a variety of tasks including responding to support tickets, optimizing use of support related softwares, building out knowledge documents, and getting involved with a variety of activities related to the internal operations processes of an early-stage company. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to dive right in, willing to learn on the fly, and eager to contribute wherever needed.
