Job Description
Title: Marketing Fellow
Term: 40 hrs/week, full-time preferred over the course of 12-16 weeks
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
Location: MA-based or MA college/university undergraduate or graduate student
Position Overview:
From day one of the fellowship, you’ll be working with talented team members who thrive on innovating how the company presents to, interacts with, and expands the Solstice customer base. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity to learn about our winning marketing tactics and strategy. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Learn to communicate the Solstice mission across multiple acquisition channels. You will see what it takes to be a marketer at a top-performing team
- Support lead acquisition initiatives across lead acquisition initiatives
- Assist in the creation of landing pages, campaigns, and ads
- Help support the social media content calendar and ad creative (blog posts, social media content, and collateral support)
- Enhance productivity and refine tracking through marketing automation tools
- Create and maintain tracking reports of digital marketing efforts
- Assist event planning and promotion
- Conduct research on consumer insights and competitive brands
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
- Eager to apply your marketing on a real-world scenario
- Excited to work in a fast growing startup
- Accountable and transparent
- A degree (or in-progress degree) in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in advertising, media, and communications
- Experience with social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Familiarity with websites and managing website content
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite (or equivalent)
