We’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead our internal brand creative team and work hand-in-hand with internal cross functional teams to deliver best-in-class, high-performing creative that drive brand love, awareness amp; build trust with our audience across all of our products for both our consumer amp; enterprise business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker that values bold creative approaches that deliver business results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the day to day operations and workflow of the creative department across our Consumer amp; Enterprise business including managing and mentoring a team of two designers
- Set the creative direction, tone, strategy and design aesthetic for the brand across all apps, content, digital, social, marketing collateral/materials and video
- Develop thoughtful, innovative creative concepts across all brand platforms that align with key themes/moments
- Lead the coordination and prioritization of creative projects that support content across the organization; Ensure creative is appropriately tailored for unique channels, audiences, and objectives.
- Develop an overall brand style guide and identity that represents the brand voice and mission for internal and external use
- Engage in and foster the team's continuous learning of new design trends, techniques and processes; seek out and recommend new methodologies; drive creative design evolution and innovation
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in design, creative field and some management experience
- Knowledge of the latest design concepts, emerging technologies, and other innovations
- Ability to collaborate and drive programs with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content and Copy departments
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn ideas into a strong creative vision and execution
- Experience setting creative direction and design aesthetic across digital and social formats
- Understanding of user experience
- Thrives in fast paced environments, embracing and leading through change and ambiguity
- Flexible and creative mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles with a positive outlook
- High autonomy, and superior time and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects with flexibility and agility
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
