The Role
We are looking for a Senior Integrated Project Manager to support the many creative parallels within hubs (small client-focused teams) in resourcing, creative management systems software, and maintaining JKR process so each team can focus on the most valuable parts of their work. As a Sr. IPM you will be a conduit, a leader, and a teacher within a team. You will be looked at as a problem solver and an internal facing strategic partner in all facets of creative work.
You will:
- Act as liaison between internal and external teams
- Route and track creative changes through the studio, and making sure internal and external needs are met
- Work with vendors to get accurate cost estimates for scopes of work and production
- Have a strong understanding of multiple verticals: print, packaging, tv, ad campaigns, social and media buying
- Recommend solutions and vendors for several project types in various scopes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and at the highest quality
- Work with finance, oversee team resourcing
- Attend meetings with a design focus, and client understanding
- Support new business through resourcing development to ensure accurate successful project planning
- Track, and produce projects tracked with Asana
- Lead planning meetings
Requirements
- Production and or project management experience within a creative agency, and knowledge of project work done in them
- Experience managing scopes inclusive of design and packaging work
- 5+ years experience in a comparable role
- Experience working on integrated creative projects in one of the areas described above
- Experience working well with creative teams internally with a solutions oriented attitude
- An ability to track projects from start to finish
- guide foreseen challenges and provided pathways and solutions to solve them
- An understanding of Asana and creative management systems
