Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried out smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for supporting HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR operations. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.
Requirements
- High school degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent in experience and training preferred.
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission, Title VII, Federal and State regulations. 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in employee relations, compensation, benefits and compliance.
- Microsoft Office Skills, with an ability to become familiar with Company specific programs or software.
- Experience in Healthcare and Residential Substance Use Disorders Treatment preferred.
- Proficient in collaboration of duties.
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
