Job Description

MUST have a SECRET clearance.

This individual will be responsible providing daily leadership support of all EMITS Program ITSM Policy, Process, and Operational Support requirements, to include: Asset Management, IT Service Transition process development and implementation, IT Service Operations process development and implementation, DR/COOP, Availability and Capacity Management, Network Operations Center support teams, and operational dashboard development.

Requirements

Degree - Bachelors Preferred

Years of experience - 10+

  • One Cybersecurity Level III certification (any category or specialty), as defined in DoD 8570.01-M and required by DoDD 8140.01.
  • Experience providing IT infrastructure services to DoD organizations, with experience providing IT support to NIPRNET and SIPRNET environments.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent IT projects (e.g., capacity planning, application migrations, etc.).

Skillsets: IT Infrastructure Operations, ITIL Incident Management, ITIL Problem Management Process, ITIL Service Operations Processes, ITIL Service Design Processes, Information Tech Service Mgmt (ITSM), Process Improvement, ServiceNow Configuration Mgmt Database
