Job Description

Hawkins Point Partners is seeking an Information Technology Program Manager with pharmaceutical (drug manufacturing) commercial operations and technology capabilities. This person will manage Information Technology Programs supporting a drug commercialization launch-in anticipation of FDA product approval. The technology and operations teams supporting Patient Services are a critical component of commercial capabilities. The ideal candidate will have supported a hybrid operational model for pharmaceutical patient services. Experience supporting internal system teams and external vendor partners/service providers is required. Commercial expereince in patient services, logistics providers (3PL) and specialty pharmacies (SP). Experience supporting nurse case managers-working with internal patient case management. Experience supporting Patient Services Hub is a plus.

Requirements

Core Skills:

  • Information Technology Program Management Manage the IT program and projects to support the implementation of technology, systems, and data capabilities related to Patient Services operations.
  • Supervision of business partners, service providers, and technology vendors. Partner with technology systems leadership to manage vendor relationships with business partners and service providers. Manage interactions with SPs, 3PLs, and Patient Services Hub.
  • Business Relationship Management Establish and manage the relationship with commercial leadership and functional teams to understand strategy and execution plans.
  • Patient Services Hub Understand the functions and processes taking place at the Patient Services Hub and ensure that technical teams are building robust data integrations.
  • Support Nurse Case Managers using the CRM for internal case management. Manage a data integration between Patient Services Hub and system CRM.
  • Support systems data integration and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Supervise efforts to coordinate data from the Hub, 3PLs, and SPs, and manage efforts integrating patient data.
  • Other Workstreams Coordinate and ensure completion of related workstreams- including Call Center, iPads for Patient Services personnel, telephony system, training for new personnel, and creation of SOPs.
  • Bachelor of Science or advance degree in a related discipline.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
