Senior Business Systems Analyst- Clinical Research

Hawkins Point Partners is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with Clinical Research experience to elicit business and systems requirements, author functional and technical specifications. This position is responsible for effectively communicating project status updates while identifying early and appropriate escalation of risks and issues that require assistance, attention, or executive resolution.

Requirements

• Experience with regulated systems projects, including requirements gathering, planning, and execution within a highly structured framework, especially GxP-validated systems and associated SDLC
• Experience in leading daily stand-ups and cross-functional meetings for nimble, fast-moving
• teams
• Proven ability to motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills particularly organizing and presenting project information to
• management
• Capable of working well under pressure; and independently
• Superior multi-tasking abilities across varying projects while maintaining organizational
• 8+ years business systems analysis experience
• BA or BS in Computer Science, Business or Life Sciences
• Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred
