Coretek is seeking a Hybrid Consultant to join our team. Coretek Services is a Southeastern Michigan based IT Consulting Firm dedicated to ensuring our clients and our people’s success.
This position is the opportunity for a great EUC Consultant to take their Architecture and Implementation skills and translate them into the Cloud, specifically Azure. Coretek is one of the leading Azure consulting organizations in the world. The candidate should have experience architecting and implementing solutions on-prem, hybrid, and MS Azure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, architect and implement overall hybrid solutions for customers, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.

Additional responsibilities may include:
- Determine detailed customer requirements.
- Assist in review of designs with manufacturers in their technical discipline(s).
- Assist in developing SOWs (Statements of Work) or technical scope of large SOWs.
- Providing accurate services Level of Effort scoping using CORETEK’s LOE tool.
- Develop detailed implementation plans.
- Verify accuracy of parts list against project requirements.
- Update and Improve best practices templates
Requirements
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ consulting experience in various hybrid architectures, troubleshooting, architecting, and building solutions with a Cloud and security mindset.
- Deep technical expertise in area of focus: Citrix and Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) in the Cloud
- Experience with deploying Citrix and / or WVD technologies
- Strong consulting and leadership skills
- Experience in building, selling, and delivering EUC services
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives
- Strong work experience with online productivity tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills within technology discipline
- Understand the Why and definition of project success for customer engagements
CERTIFICATIONS
Ideal Certifications: One or more of the following:
- Microsoft Associate / Expert Certification
- Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V)
- Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V)
- Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V)
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Services on Citrix Cloud (CC-VAD-CC)
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Services with Microsoft Azure (CC-VAD-MA)
Ideal Knowledge:
- Citrix product suite
- Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop
- Microsoft Azure Experience and / or Certifications
- Experience with Palo Alto product suite (Prisma, Traps, Access)
- Citrix NetScaler experience
- VMware Horizon
- Core Microsoft OS experience
- Core Networking
- FSLogix
- Nutanix or other HCI experience
- IGEL or another thin client technology
