Coretek is looking for an Azure Administrator to monitor, secure, patch and support the Azure environments of our Managed Services clients. Key focus areas include Azure IaaS, Azure Active Directory (AAD), VPN, Express Route, virtual networks, storage, backup, policies (network security groups, role-based access control, resource quota management, etc.). You will be responsible for providing customer service to new and existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Azure Networking and servers upgrade/maintenance
- Implement and support Azure IaaS, Azure Active Directory (AAD), VPN, Express Route, virtual networks, storage, backup, policies (network security groups, role-based access control, resource quota management, etc.) using industry and corporate best practices.
- Develop and maintain Azure-related standards, policies, and procedures
- Plan, design, and implement necessary configurations to ensure disaster recovery policies and compliance with Azure
- Perform administration of virtual desktops using Citrix tools
- Perform daily system monitoring
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify possible intrusions
- Provide support for escalated requests from the service desk
- Provide friendly, courteous, and quality systems support to all users
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
Requirements
- 1-5 years of field experience as a Windows Administrator
- Experience with Linux-based operating systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of Azure IaaS, Azure Active Directory (AAD), VPN, Express Route, virtual networks, storage, backup, policies (network security groups, role-based access control, resource quota management, etc.)
- Experience implementing and defining best practices
- Experience debugging environment issues using available Azure tools is a plus
- Experience with Citrix is a plus
- Experience with troubleshooting software/application issues with operating systems
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise experience is a plus
- Needs to be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Experience with managing thin clients a plus
