Our Director of National Security Solutions Talent Acquisition will report to Core4ce’s Chief of Operations. If you are a strategic and data-driven recruiting professional who is eager to make an impact on a mission-driven organization, we want you on our team!

  • People Come First: Lead and mentor a growing recruiting team with diverse experience. Assess and refine the processes supporting Core4ce’s recruiting functionality and identify metrics and measurements to be used for the monitoring and optimization of performance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience recruiting in technical IT industries
  • 6+ years managing a recruiting team within federal, national security, and commercial IT space
  • Strong industry relationships and an impressive talent portfolio
  • A deep understanding of hiring analytics, talent strategy, and organizational change
  • Experience recruiting for classified positions across various markets for differing capabilities and skillsets
  • Experience with various recruiting software and tools
