Our Change Management Consultants bring together a range of people change capabilities to help navigate our clients through digital evolution, helping them to set their strategic direction, create new operating models and deliver sustainable change. Our focus is embedding change properly, bringing every stakeholder along for the journey.

Typical programs you could be involved in:

  • People change or transformation programs
  • Process change or transformation programs
  • Cultural change
  • Systems implementation (small to large scale)

Requirements

  • Valid US work authorization - secured visa, green card or US citizenship
  • Residence within reasonable commute of New York, Boston, Chicago or Houston
  • A minimum of 5 years management consulting experience
  • A minimum of 3 years Change Management consulting experience
  • An intent to continue building a career in the consulting sector
  • A desire to join and grow with a small, entrepreneurial consulting organization
  • Willingness to work across different industries especially financial services, life sciences and energy
  • Experience in successfully leading the organizational, cultural and stakeholder challenges of a transformation program
  • Experience integrating change management activities into program planning
  • Solid understanding and practical experience using Prosci, Adkar, and similar change methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrable stakeholder management experience
  • Professional experience leading teams and working with cross-functional groups
  • Experience creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
