Work collaboratively with other AmeriCorps Financial Grant Managers to oversee a portfolio of up to 25 YouthBuild (YB) programs. Ensure compliance with federal financial requirements by providing analysis, training, feedback, monthly reports, and strategies for improvement.
Manage the financial relationship with YB affiliates that are AmeriCorps National Direct sub-grantees and manage the financial component of the AmeriCorps National Direct Program
Requirements
We are looking for a detail oriented, highly intelligent, results-driven team player with superior judgment, a clear written and verbal communication style, demonstrated experience in financial grants management and/or multi-site program implementation
This position is supported by and/or included in YouthBuild USA’s AmeriCorps National Direct federal grant and will require the completion of a National Service Criminal History Check prior to employment. This position does not have recurring access to vulnerable populations.
