The ERU manager is responsible for improving the productivity of an organization’s employees. This position is responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. The training manager assesses property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Modify programs as needed
- Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities
- Develop and maintain property communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of property events and general information
- Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee events
- Develop and monitor spending against the departmental budget
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff
- Performs other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in organizational training
- CPLP Preferred
- Experience using an online learning management system, preferably Cornerstone
