The Senior Associate Broker will fulfill an integral role in developing cohesive relationships with both clients and underwriters by organizing submission data, marketing accounts, and working with Eamp;S property carriers to develop solutions to clients needs. The ideal candidate will be an interpersonal and proactive problem solver with demonstrated success in servicing a book of Eamp;S property accounts.
You Will:
- Report to and provide account management support for the One80 Property Practice Leader on a daily basis.
- Maintain positive working relationships and clear communication with co-workers, clients and insurance carriers.
- Draft submission cover letters, organize submission documentation, and review client submissions prior to sending to market.
- Market property brokerage accounts to appropriate wholesale carriers with the end goal of quoting and binding accounts.
- Assist in the management of the annual renewal process, including preparing and marketing renewal submissions and handling renewal order processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property underwriters in order to facilitate the marketing process and further enhance One80 property market relationships.
- Assist in process-improvement initiatives at the direction of the Property Practice Leader.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree and/or Eamp;S property marketing experience desired.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience within the Eamp;S insurance industry.
- Valid Pamp;C insurance license in state of residency.
- Valid Driver’s License.
