Requirements

Who you are

Partnerships play an important role in the digital health space and are critical to our success at Journey. Brokers and consultants must have intimate knowledge of Journey’s solutions, and wellness platforms provide the ability to expand our reach and impact. As the Strategic Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility will be identifying and nurturing key relationships within consultancies and brokerages to drive opportunities and revenue for the sales team. You will also look to build partnerships with like-minded organizations including EAPs and wellness platforms. We're looking for a dynamic, accomplished professional with previous success working with brokers and consultants to help build and optimize these valuable business relationships.

In the role of Strategic Partnership Manager you will:

  • Manage consultant and broker relationships to generate opportunities
  • Educate consultants on Journey's products and capabilities
  • Nourish existing relationships and stay consistently visible with our consultant partners and practice leads within each firm
  • Develop a deep understanding of consultant and client needs, motivations and implications for Journey
  • Work with marketing to develop a consultant and broker engagement and communications strategy
  • Educate the internal team on consultant house details, offerings, platforms, and preferences to create mutually successful relationships
  • Arbitrate and resolve any conflict or challenges brought to you by our consultant partners
  • Attend consultant-oriented conferences and events throughout the year
  • Address all consultant marketing qualified leads
  • Provide analytics and reporting around consultant engagement and activity within your houses
  • Interface closely with the Client Success and Product teams to ensure successful implementation of partnerships
  • Provide frequent updates to leadership on revenue opportunities, market feedback, contact activity, and opportunities to help us learn and develop additional partner needs
  • Build partnerships with EAPs, wellness platforms, and other like-minded organizations to expand our reach and impact

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in a similar capacity at a health and wellness company
  • Experience at a startup
  • Consistent over achievement in quota and revenue goals
  • Self-motivated and self-driven to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, relationship, presentation and time management skills
