Job Description

Over the past 20 years, Crêpes à Latte has excelled in providing unique tradeshow booth hospitality services that build traffic and captivate attendees' attention. We support the marketing and branding efforts of leading Fortune 500 companies all across the country. Our beautifully presented and mouthwatering beverage and specialty food services distinguish our clients' tradeshow booths from competitors.

Crêpes à Latte is seeking a part-time Recruiter to work 10-20 hours a week. With the Company's growth, this position can turn into a full-time role for the right candidate. The Recruiter's mission is to lead our recruitment efforts, identifying and sourcing top tier full and part-time event and hospitality professionals. This position is virtual but will require some in-office time to support interviews and other company needs.

What you will do

• Review applicants using various on-line recruiting systems

• Proactively source passive candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other sources

• Write unique emails and outreach to passive candidates via LinkedIn and email

• Perform phone screens, write candidate summaries, and submit potential candidates to the leadership team

• Work closely with the COO to understand the Company's recruiting needs and manage our job description updates

• Consistently improve the candidate experience and leave them with a positive view of Crepes a Latte even if they aren't selected

• Report on our candidate pipeline every week, achieve key recruiting KPIs every month

• Collaborate with Human Resources on our on-boarding process

• Improve recruiting operations and reporting and develop new systems and reporting to create more robust candidate pipelines and reduce time to hire


Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Has a creative mindset for sourcing and outreaching candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Github, Ziprecruiter, and Indeed

• Confidence to communicate the strengths of non-traditional candidates to the leadership team

• High attention to detail to ensure that all candidates are treated well throughout the interview process

• Adept at managing recruiting software

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• A track record of solving problems, can-do attitude

• Ability to work independently

• A can-do attitude, willingness to learn from others

• Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proactively close out open items

Bonus points for

• Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment or agency experience

• Hospitality background in hotels, convention centers, tradeshows, event management, or catering companies
