Onsite Health Human Performance Coach (Part-Time)

Job Description
The Aduro Human Performance Coach regards each human being as capable, creative, and complete, and values the individual’s thinking about their life as more important than the coach’s thinking about the individual. You think in terms of possibility and reaching potential. This position is responsible for eliciting new thinking, supporting people in finding leverage, and facilitating powerful transformations for authentic and sustainable change. You’ll deliver Aduro’s onsite coaching solution to our Client and provide 1:1 and group coaching services to their employees. In addition, you will support participants in using their wellbeing platform and engage them in Aduro’s human performance programs. This is a part-time position.
- Deliver 1:1 in-person coaching and 1:1 telephonic coaching service
- Adapt ADURO coaching program content that is in line with the customer’s need and congruent with Aduro’s POV, vision and mission for delivery onsite or through wellness seminars to the customer’s population
- Discover and engage the customer’s culture and population to identify interests, health risks, and opportunities for onsite coaching
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communication with key stakeholders including the Client, our partner and the Aduro team
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to the customer
- Contribute innovative ideas and problem-solving strategies through onsite meetings, conference calls, and email communication with the customer
- Collaborate with and leverage the expertise and skills of Aduro’s Coaching Manager, Partner Support and additional Aduro teams in order to effectively implement the Onsite Coaching Solution for the customer
- Effectively use your professional coaching skills and leverage your coaching experience to support participants in continuous forward movement that produces results and leads to true and lasting change in whole person well-being
- Lead engaging and informative lunch and learns, workshops, and seminars
- Provide support for the customer’s health fairs, biometric screenings, presentations and related onsite events and leverage those opportunities to drive awareness of coaching programs
- Record participant contact and engagement information in Aduro’s engagement tracking and reporting solution
- Collaborate with the Onsite Well-Being and Engagement Specialist to develop a strategic plan of action to promote participation in onsite coaching and other well-being events
- Collaborate with the customer’s onsite health center staff, partner with staff on client referrals, and ensure staff is informed about customer’s wellbeing offerings
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned based on Client requests and Aduro approval
Requirements
- Proven experience and effectiveness as a coach, public speaker, and engaging facilitator
- Demonstrated success building and managing client rapport
- Ability to be fully present and engaged for each and every participant interaction, create a safe space for coaching and support engagement across diverse populations
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
- Excellent critical thinking, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, self-starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and consultant-mindset
- Desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain control and order
- Able to organize, coordinate, and lead large groups of participants
- Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
- A mindfulness practice is preferred
- 5+ years of related professional experience
- Degree in a health/human performance related field required
- Specialty certification preferred
