Job Description
Aduro is seeking an experienced Audio / Video editor who has a strong perspective on what makes for engaging storytelling that inspires change. They ensure that the images, words and sounds chosen to create unique experiences that resonates and motivates our audience.
To be successful in this position, you should be imaginative, creative, detail oriented. You possess strong technical skills to combine a variety images, graphics, audio, and video assets into a high-fidelity deliverable.

Responsibilities
- Bring design standards and multimedia best practices to audio, video, and digital design
- Create audio and video content from concept to final creation, including storyboarding, DEamp;I review, editing, design critique, and quality control
- Select and organize assetssource additional media such as music, b-roll, and images to ensure storyline relevancy
- Determine the tone of a story to establish pacing that conveys the right message and evokes emotion
- Prioritize and quickly incorporate feedback and learnings to your designs
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Create content thru a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a production artist, A/V editor, graphic designer, or similar role
- 4+ years of experience editing audio and video, with a passion for storytelling
- Strong portfolio of relevant design projects
- Hand-on experience in creative process, Adobe Suite, and popular editing software
- Thrives on creativity, collaboration and communication
- Obsessed with delivering impactful content that unlocks human potential in the world
- Explore new ideas, be curious, keep an open mind, and actively give and receive feedback
- Highly creative with an attention to detail and quality
- Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Film, or other relevant field
- Experience in Healthcare or well-being industry a plus
- Animation skills a plus
