Job Description
This experienced, disciplined, and collaborative individual will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of the Aduro product. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate across the company to manage the long-term vision and product roadmap, maintain quality standards, meet project deadlines, and business objectives. This individual will work closely with a team of creative thinkers and problem solvers to imagine and build product features and experiences that are customer-centric, data driven, and transformative.

- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with Aduro's vision and overall product and business strategy
- Collect and analyze user research and stakeholder feedback from customers and other teams to inform requirements, features, new product ideas and impact
- Work closely with and provide thought leadership with product managers, engineers and designers to plan product development process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize opportunities
- Create and monitor KPIs for end-to-end product functionality and success of new features and products
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle ensuring products and releases are well documented and launched successfully
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders about KPI outcomes and changes to the market
Requirements
- A self-starter with 6+ years of full-time Product Management experience in software development
- Experience shipping digital health and enterprise products
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work at all levels of a growing organization
- Ability to dream big and visualize ideas, and articulate them to varying audiences
- Data-driven approach to problem solving
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile framework and product management fundamentals
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with development teams, from requirements to release
- Thrives on curiosity, communication, and problem-solving
- Creative thinking skills
- MBA or equivalent experience
