Job Description
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead our product go-to-market activities. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, have great project management skills, is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and is a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like product messaging and pricing strategies. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.
- Study company products
- Be the expert on our buyers, users, and the buying process
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Follow and analyze market trends and the competition to effectively position products
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
- Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop clear product positioning and messaging that differentiates Aduro in the market
- Craft compelling messages and digital strategies across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
- Manage the go-to-market process and ensure product launch is effectively supported to drive adoption
- Understand and support our sales channel by developing effective training, tools and collateral
- Lead and collaborate across and within various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies and achieve goals
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role for technical products. Health tech experience preferred.
- Background in design and copywriting is a plus
- Experience in leading and executing go-to-market plans for product launches
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Creativity
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership, and commitment to high standards
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
