Who is Waldo?
Waldo is the best fundraising opportunity that schools have seen since the popcorn tin. All of those pictures taken at school events - sports, drama, field trips, graduation - where do they go? A few might make it into the yearbook, but so many never see the light of day.
Insert Waldo : We’ve reinvented how schools use their photos taken throughout the school year by coupling them with our real-time facial recognition and mobile delivery technology, so parents can Live the Moment, but still receive all of those cherished moments.

Who Waldo is Looking For
Are you a high-schooler who loves digital media, photography, publicity, or marketing? Do you love thinking creatively as part of a team? Are you looking for service hours and interested in leading a fundraiser for your school? Waldo Photos is looking for the top high-schoolers from across the country to join the WaldoSchool Team as High School Ambassadors - and you just might be the perfect fit.
The Waldo Photos High School Ambassador Program is a virtual, remote program that helps students expand their role in their school community and gain practical work experience which sets their college application apart while generating much needed fundraising dollars for their school’s extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:
- High School student seeking brand ambassador opportunity
- Sophomore, Junior, Seniors in High School
- Top 25% in class
- Effective writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Passion and deep understanding for all things social media and brand awareness- the platforms, the media opportunities, the current state and best practices, with an eye toward the future
- Have a passion and interest in photography and videography
- Able to think creatively and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle several events/games and stay organized in making sure there is media coverage at each
- Monitoring parent and administration feedback and troubleshooting
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops
- Maintaining a positive image of the Waldo brand at all times.
Essential Roles and Duties:
- Present Waldo Photos to school administration amp; booster club or PTO/A
- Create connections between the Waldo Partnership team and your school!
- Coordinate with school administration/yearbook staff to recruit and build a team of volunteer photographers to support and cover all school events
- Works closely with Waldo marketing team to drive parent communication of the fundraiser.
- Football games happening? Your photography team is promoting the fundraiser to parents to receive their athlete’s photos after each game.
- Passing out creative material (cards, flyers) of where to find their photos and how to give to the fundraiser
- Helping school administrators/yearbook staff by scheduling and coordinating with internal school social team members on posts and marketing blurbs promoting Waldo Photos fundraiser
