FirstView is a payment technology solution provider and prepaid debit card program manager and processor. The Customer Service Rep is responsible for verbally assisting customers and records information into Core system by performing the listed duties:
Essential Responsibilities/Duties/Functions:
• Handles incoming calls or inquiries from customers.
• Assists customers effectively with filing disputes
• Update customer information in the Core system during and after each call
• Submit escalations for cardholder requests and complaints
• Determines charges for service requested
• Soft sells new or additional services.
• Escalates complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
• Performs other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
1 year of Call Center
related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Travel Requirements: Travel is not expected.
