The CRM Business Analyst will act as a technical SME and end to end developer for the internal CRM system. The individual should have at least 8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM and will be responsible for development, integration and maintenance of the internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, plugin and custom workflow development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on dynamically changing business priorities. The candidate should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM development and strong BI skills.

Requirements
B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM
Sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, plugin and custom workflow development, integration development, reporting, dashboards, web resources, CRM solution file management, security model and UI development.
The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on dynamically changing business priorities.
Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM development and strong BI skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Due to export control rules, must be a US person.
