What you'll do
  • Managing the day to day relationship with clients to make sure they stay satisfied.
  • Leading clients business reviews and communicate optimizations made along with the planned roadmap.
  • Analyzing advertising campaign metrics and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS, Revenue).
  • Escalating internally issues and concerns raised by clients.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
Who you are
  • 2-3 years of direct industry experience.
  • Good knowledge of display, remarketing, and full- funnel initiatives preferred
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to multi-task across various responsibilities, stakeholders, and topics; exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, comfortable working and navigating ambiguous challenges autonomously
  • Passion for solving problems and helping people walk away happy
  • A love for working collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Enjoys thinking outside the box, and love’s driving results for their clients and has desire for more information
  • Open-minded, very flexible, positive; constantly curious about how things work and persistent desire to make things work better
  • Strong business mind and ability to multitask and prioritize competing interests and needs
  • A passion for performance marketing, new media, internet trends
  • Interest in working and interacting directly with clients
