Job Description

Are you an experienced business to business B2B sales representative? Do you understand how to help companies grow by selling them the proper technology solutions to their business problems?

Frontline (https://frontlineinc.com ) is a fast growing IT services company located in Burbank, offering world-class IT Support and Services in Los Angeles, and across North America.

As the Sales Representative / Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in executing the company’s growth strategy. You will be in contact with IT managers, CFOs and COOs of small and medium-size blue-chip clients, to assist them to solve their business needs with technology.

Base salary of $75,000 plus quarterly activity bonus and commission ($90K potential in the first year)?


Job Duties:
  • Build relationships with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation.
  • Outbound calling and appointment setting
  • In-Person amp; Webinar based events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospective client personnel.
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
  • Identify market opportunities and analyze competition.
  • Follow up and qualify all sales leads.
  • Close sales and follow through to assure appropriate delivery.
How Success Is Measured:

Frontline is a metric driven organization. To track our success we use a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to track the effectiveness of the team or individual. These KPI's should be understood and will be reported on regularly.

  • Prospecting Calls Weekly
  • Marketing Outreach Monthly
  • Networking Events Monthly
  • Appointments Booked Weekly
  • Deals Closed Monthly


Who You Are:
  • Ability to understand, position and successfully sell technical solutions with the highest level of integrity
  • Use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers’ business requirements
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and lean business environment.
  • Possess the personality to successfully engage with C-Suite executives and senior managers
  • Proven track record as a strong prospector
  • Technical aptitude: Either you are in love with technology or you have a desire to learn how technology impacts business and have the aptitude to understand its impact
  • Phenomenal phone skills with the ability to convey enthusiasm and energy

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience)
  • 3 - 5 years of successful business to business sales experience
  • Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers?
