The Opportunity Afterpay is looking for high-energy, very organized people with advanced communication skills to join our elite team. As an SDR, you will be on the front-lines of a fast-growing ecommerce payments business - talking commerce and payments with business owners and executives at mid market and enterprise levels. You should be comfortable on the phone, have excellent email drafting skills, and a genuine curiosity in the operations of various types of online businesses and their structures. You should have the ability to create opportunities and close them. Importantly, you should be comfortable with, or quick to learn, the user interfaces of software programs (like Salesforce CRM) that support you in ramping and maintaining your pipeline.SDRs are responsible for closing inbound leads and reaching out cold to develop and close new leads for small and medium sized businesses. SDRs use personalized efforts to authentically connect with potential customers, spark curiosity, and close opportunities. We have a team oriented culture where our SDRs work alongside enterprise sales managers and leaders in the company.

Here’s where you will begin.-Use cold outreach strategies to develop new leads and opportunities with retailers-Develop amp; maintain a high-volume sales pipeline that closes over 200 accounts per month-Maintain accurate sales amp; onboarding processes through Salesforce CRM-Meet individual amp; team deadlines, KPIs, and targets-Close new accounts amp; maintain existing accounts

You will have .-Relevant experience in customer service or sales type role-Demonstrated track record of meeting amp; exceeding KPIs and targets-Exceptional communication skills in writing and on the phone-Excellent organizational amp; time management skills-Self-motivated, competitive individual with the ability to work fast amp; smart-No fear in cold calling and in speaking with C-level executives-High level of enthusiasm and energy-Strong minded individual who finds solutions to problems, rather than avoiding them-Expertise with common software (GSuite, Salesforce, etc) preferred-Payments/eCommerce experience preferred
