As the Senior Accountant - Consolidations, you will be reporting to the Director of Accounting and will be responsible for the corporate consolidations financial process, global intercompany process, Equity, Stock Compensation, Fx and providing analysis and reporting.In this role you'll help the team:

As the Senior Accountant - Consolidations, you will be reporting to the Director of Accounting and will be responsible for the corporate consolidations financial process, global intercompany process, Equity, Stock Compensation, Fx and providing analysis and reporting.In this role you'll help the team:
- Assist with the month-end consolidation functions, specifically focused on the reconciliation of investment and equity balances, as well as intercompany eliminations and clearing accounts
- Prepare monthly, consolidated rollforwards of various balance sheet accounts including equity, noncontrolling interest and intangible assets
- Reconcile and analyze intercompany activity
- Manage the revaluation and translation process
- With internal/external audits
- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of related accounting experience
- Tech Industry experience is a plus
- CPA/CPA candidate preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to function effectively while meeting deadlines
- Experience with major ERP systems (Netsuite experience is a plus)
