As the Sr Analyst of External Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will be reporting to the Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting and will be helping with all our External Reporting and Technical Accounting functions. Which will mainly involve 50% of your time spent on helping prepare and filing the required reporting by the SEC and Other regulatory institutionsand 50% spent on Helping with the Research and Documentation of Technical Accounting topics.In this role you'll help the team:

As the Sr Analyst of External Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will be reporting to the Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting and will be helping with all our External Reporting and Technical Accounting functions. - Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes and disclosures required for 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings, including balance sheets, income statements, statements of shareholder's equity and statements of cash flow
- Partner with Controller and CFO in monitoring compliance with established SEC filings, contract review, and communication process
- Assist with compliance and maintenance of XBRL requirements, including block tagging and detailed footnote tagging
- Be responsible for accounting requirements under ASC 718 in connection with the Company's stock and option plans
- Prepare and review basic and diluted EPS calculations
- Research new GAAP pronouncements and SEC regulations; including the preparation of technical accounting memorandums
- Prepare financial reporting schedules for 8-Ks, Proxy and other SEC filings
- Maintain SEC binders/documentation for SOX compliance. Filing of SEC Form 3s, 4s, 5s, etc. as necessary
- Bachelor or higher degree in accounting or finance
- CPA, or equivalent qualification
- +3 years technical accounting and reporting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, Revenue Recognition and SEC reporting requirements needed
- Focus on documentation and accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong Excel Skills required, NetSuite experience a plus
- Software industry experience is a plus.
