As the Global AP manager, you will be reporting to our Director of Accounting and will be responsible forleading and helping evolve this global function to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business, while delivering operational excellence and proactively driving continuous improvement. Will manage all facets of the AP function including: new vendor documentation, administration of invoice and expense approval process, ACH/check run process and monthly reconciliation and reporting.In this role you'll help the team:

- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable Operations, including completing and overseeing vendor invoice vouchering, payment disbursements, 1099 and tax related matters, in a multi-country / multi-currency environment
- Conduct month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities
- Oversee the administration of the corporate credit card program and the Tamp;E expense system
- Oversee the reconciliation process of AP related accounts
- Develop and analyze relevant metrics to identify performance trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Provide guidance and leadership to the organization on accounts payable practices and payment methods and day to day activity
- Lead the development of short and long-term objectives for the team on all AP and Tamp;E matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support both Internal and External audits
- Design, execute and implement process improvements via system automation by collaborating closely with internal IT partners
- Act as the main point of contact for all escalated queries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating in an AP function in a fast-growing, multi-currency environment, with 2-3 years' experience leading the AP team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good understanding of domestic and international taxes related to invoice processing (VAT, GST, Sales/Use Tax)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service approach
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail required
- Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Concur or NetSuite is a plus
- Strong management skills to lead and motivate teams
