As the Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting, you will be directly reporting to our VP Corporate Controller and will be responsible for all our External Reporting and Technical Accounting functions. Which will mainly involve 50% of your time spent on preparationand filing of the required reporting by the SEC and Other regulatory institutionsand 50% spent on Researching and Documenting Technical Accounting topics.In this role you'll help the team:

- Oversee the Company's external financial reporting process, including SEC reporting (Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K etc.), compliance and review of the XBRL process, quarterly and annual census reporting, and other financial and governmental statutory reporting as required
- Review financial information included in the company's external communications
- Complete of the quarterly and annual GAAP disclosure checklists
- Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors as well as testing by internal and external auditors on internal controls
- Read and interpret accounting guidance and write memos on technical accounting topics
- Ensure the proper implementation of new accounting pronouncements into financial statements
- Ensure compliance with all SEC and GAAP and disclosure requirements
- Research, interpret, and implement any new or proposed SEC reporting pronouncements
- Participate in the Company's Disclosure Committee and when appropriate Audit and Risk Oversight Committee
- Assist with the documentation and maintenance of accounting policies
- Bachelor or higher degree in accounting or finance
- CPA, or equivalent qualification
- +8 years technical accounting and reporting experience
- Experience leading both technical accounting and SEC reporting at a public US company
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, Revenue Recognition and SEC reporting requirements needed
- Precise, Analytical, Good time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong Excel Skills required, NetSuite experience a plus
- Software industry experience is a plus.
