This role will lead programs to help new users become successful using Aura Professional (self-serve offering). From the ground up, you will own building the program and the demand gen journey for new users to ensure they become happy customers. You will partner with the Growth, Product Marketing, and Product teams to experiment with all marketing channels available.
This is a highly creative and analytical role that will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and ideate on experiments to optimize our self-service user journey and drive outcomes for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong empathy towards our customers.
You enjoy project managing and are known for your attention to detail. You will be seen as a go-to person within your function to get things done, move fast, and optimize for learning at every step. You know how to work cross-functionally, evaluate tradeoffs, and influence others to come up with solutions to challenges. You enjoy executing experiments in highly cross-functional environments, and ownership towards success goals. What you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute campaigns specifically focused on top of funnel experiences for our self-service offerings of Aura.
  • Develop launch a cohesive campaign journey for new users with an initial focus on email in Marketo
  • Partner with Product teams to build experimentation plans to achieve growth goals
  • Build coordinated campaigns across Demand Generation, Product, and Product Marketing teams to maximize results
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages to engage users and turn them into happy customers.
  • Weekly evaluation of data to improve marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, to help the team separate user signals from noise
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of demand generation experience at a fast-growing cloud company
  • 5+ years of marketing automation experience in Marketo
  • Experience running campaigns for a high volume SaaS product
  • Currently Marketo Certified
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural curiosity to always be testing and leveraging results to evolve programs
  • Experience creating and owning campaigns from the ground up
