  • Assist with planning, consulting, executing, and reporting of continuous improvement projects that align with the organization's performance goals related to clinical operations
  • Assist with coordinating and performing assessments of the business via observation, data analytics, metric trends, patient feedback, best practice measures, policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Assist the Practice Manager by utilizing data analysis, best practice techniques and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, to support the organization's decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Operations team to develop and implement new operational procedures as necessary to improve clinical flow and overall operations
  • Contribute in identifying the key stakeholders to assure readiness for efficient and effective team engagement and preparedness for the transition management process; including identification and engagement of the process owner, communication with affected areas, availability of data, and representation from process owners and leadership
  • Develop clinical processes and protocols to support all of Babylon’s clinical service lines
  • Assess and understand current inefficiencies and complexities in existing work - define the pain pointsIdentify and prioritize clinical workflows that need to be developed. e.g., post-consult processes, primary care workflows
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders, with the guidance of clinical directors, to design process flows/charts and documentation, with emphasis on meaningful patient centric careWork with provider and support operations to incorporate the new processes into training and onboarding
  • Work with system EMR specialists to ensure EMR workflows are configured to accommodate new processesMonitor efficacy of existing processes and optimize as needed
  • Works with Compliance to ensure that all practice activities are following local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Requirments
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred in Nursing from an accredited nursing school with 5 years' experience in healthcare delivery, to include at least 4 years in quality improvement/performance improvement required OR
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) with emphasis in Clinical, Business or Health Administration with equivalent experience of at least 6 years in healthcare delivery to include at least 3 years in quality improvement/performance improvement as a primary role; Master's preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies; with certification preferred.
  • Expert in developing workflows, policies, procedures for clinical operations
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines, as well as time management
  • Excellent problem-solving aptitude in complex systems and attention to detailDemonstrated experience with change management and project management leadership, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written comm
