Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tresata Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for the end to end delivery, servicing and growth of key client relationships that are using Tresata software for one or several of their data and analytics powered business processes.

As a Tresata RM, you will be the lead representative of the firm for all key stakeholders and executives at the Client. Some of those responsibilities shall include product and brand evangelism, product growth and business value, day to day Client management, opportunity assessment and prioritization.

Keys to success shall be a keen sense for Client business needs, demonstrated software application and delivery expertise, ability to navigate large complex organizations and an omnipresent focus on delivering business value.

The role shall include the following responsibilities:

  • Key Client Executive for Fortune 1000 customers
  • Effective, timely and clear communication and relationship management
  • Expertise in or ability to learn Client business needs, objectives and value
  • Design and deliver on strategies to retain amp; strengthen customer relationships with Tresata
  • Identify growth opportunities to address Client’s business priorities
  • Lead meetings and sessions with key stakeholders for periodic reviews, assessments, brainstorms and delivery cadence

Requirements

WHAT SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO BRING

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and/or relationship management, B2B preferred
  • The ability to travel to client sites as required
  • The ability to identify Client business needs, objectives, and communicate the related value of Tresata products
  • Excellent communication skills across a wide variety of audiences ranging from client business executives to internal stakeholders; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal (including strong listening and negotiation skills)
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and think strategically
  • Familiarity with amp; passion for tech
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated stable track record of success in Sales also a plus
