We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Account Coordinator to join BrightTALK’s Managed Services, working in our Professional Services based in Arizona or San Francisco. The Professional Services Team is responsible for onboarding and providing ongoing assistance to clients to get the most out of BrightTALK content creation and audience acquisition platform.
Success+ is a new product offered by the Professional Services team. It is a technical role designed to get our clients up and running on the BrightTALK platform and using their channel efficiently.As a Technical Account Coordinator you will be responsible for managing your client accounts over the course of their year long contract.Responsibilities:
  • Training clients on the use of the channel
  • Training speakers on the use of the live webinar interface
  • Customize emails using HTML software at a basic level
  • Uploading content (videos) to channel
  • Setting up connection between client CRM, such as Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo to BrightTALK channel
Skills:
  • Client facing
  • Multitasking
  • Troubleshooting
Expertise or Qualifications:
  • Basic HTML (Dreamweaver)
  • Knowledge of CRM’s
  • Airtable
