We’re seeking a Manager, Pricing amp; Planning to join our small team of talented Revenue Operations specialists that are working to maximize profitable revenue and provide best in class support for our Global Business.This Manager, Pricing amp; Planning role will report to the Senior Director of Pricing, Planning amp; Inventory, as part of the larger Revenue Operations/Sales organization. The Manager, Pricing amp; Planning will have the opportunity to help lead key strategic amp; operational initiatives in an effort to drive revenue growth amp; provide best in class customer service to the Sales organization. The Manager, Pricing amp; Planning will also lead core onboarding amp; training for Account Service Representatives.As a member of the Revenue Operations team here at Vevo, you’ll be working alongside super talented individuals that will both inspire you and challenge you to think about things like strategic sales planning, inventory forecasting/utilization, and ad product pricing/packaging in ways you hadn’t imagined. We are in a convenient location in Times Square, accessible from Penn Station, Port Authority amp; Grand Central, as well as a host of subway options.As a member of our team, you will:
  • Make pricing decisions for packages by estimating their value amp; comparing to market comps.
  • Manage data integrity by region, ensuring correct rates are used amp; scatter efficiencies applied appropriately.
  • Manage team of planning specialists (current team: 1)
  • Onboard amp; train ASRs on all operational aspects of role including; strategic planning, forecasting, packaging, products amp; all relevant execution best practices.
  • Be an escalation point and an ongoing resource for operational, product amp; system inquires for the global ASR team.
  • Collaborate with Inventory team to assess pipeline, incremental opportunities amp; sell out. Be a key stakeholder in communication with the Sales organization on timely pricing decisions amp; adjustments.
  • Work closely with regional sales amp; sales support leadership to ensure process integrity amp; initiative rollout.
  • Develop and oversee pricing amp; planning strategies with a focus on the CTV marketplace.
  • Support in optimizing delivery across various endpoints amp; ad-servers.
  • Liaison with support teams on Product rollouts amp; process rollouts/enhancements; Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Research, Sales Solutions, Camp;P, Yield etc.
  • Work closely with Ad Tech amp; Sales Operations to ensure that systems (Boostr, Operative amp; DFP) are set up to ensure success for the ASRs.
  • Lead weekly PPI team meetings, with support from Pamp;P Lead amp; Director.
  • Support Director in rolling out key initiatives, new processes, and product enhancements to larger Pamp;P organization.
  • Conduct weekly revenue, profitability amp; pipeline review for all supported regions.
  • Maintain strong relationship with regional Account Executives amp; Sales Leadership, understanding marketplace conditions amp; developing ways for Vevo to address.
  • Approve Makegoods amp; Added Value, tracking details amp; reporting monthly to Revenue Operations leadership.
