Job Description
We're looking for a Compliance Program Manager to join FloQast’s Compliance Office within the Legal Department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of multiple processes and programs across the organization aligned to strategic compliance objectives. You will have the opportunity to drive and maintain cross-functional, innovative compliance solutions and tooling that facilitate risk management across multiple risk domains. You will build relationships with key team members across multiple core departments, aligning department workflows to build a best-in-class compliance program. You'll play a fundamental role in shaping the future of compliance at FloQast and your work will have a significant impact and visibility.
*Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this timeResponsibilities Include:- Support in the development and maintenance of policies, control objectives, standards, controls, processes, and guidelines.
- Organize and maintain the compliance library of process maps, risk control matrices, and audit artifacts.
- Monitor and support annual and quarterly compliance processes across the organization.
- Support the development of sustainable control processes.
- Coordinate testing and collaborate on remediation efforts.
- Support the compliance champion network by providing accurate and proactive communications of requirements and deadlines.
- Be an advocate for compliance best practices and the point of contact for stakeholders from departments throughout the company.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.
Desired Qualities and Skills:- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and assessing processes and controls intended to facilitate regulatory compliance,
- Experience as an individual contributor with direct responsibility for contributing to one or more compliance requirements.
- Experience working directly with internal or external auditors.
- Experience working on information technology or information security audits.
- A working knowledge of SOC or ISO 27001 compliance standards. CCPA or GDPR a plus.
- Program management skills and a high degree of rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with experience influencing, building consensus, and driving change.
