As an Executive Director at Olive you will be responsible for creating the strategy and selling into top Healthcare payer industry in the US. You will work with key resources to help educate prospects on the power of data and intelligence, ultimately helping those prospects understand and see the value of the Olive’s AI solutions. You will help drive Olive’ revenue growth as we seek to build a world-class sales team and scale the organization.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with 10-15+ years selling enterprise health-techn solutions, SaaS, or Consulting is a must. Demonstrated skills selling into CFO/CEO/ COO / CIO along side the respective VP and Director levels.

The ability to assess, recommend and influence as the customer advisor is a must .

You must have a demonstrated track record of success

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing a base of enterprise accounts.
  • Prospect potential customers through targeted outbound activity and cultivation of existing customer relationships.
  • Understand customer growth goals, strategies amp; initiatives, and establish Olive as a best in class automation intelligence solution.
  • Effectively align Olive products to customer goals amp; objectives and develop a compelling value proposition through collaboration with your Customer Success Manager(s).
  • Establish, expand, and maintain relationships with Marketing, IT amp; Sales executives in target accounts.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Participate in all product, sales, and process trainings amp; certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM.
  • Travel required to meet with customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • Domain Experience: Experience selling enterprise software to healthcare payers, has existing rolodex of contacts in the space
  • Sales Success: Successful track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with specific experiences presenting to c-level stakeholders and decision makers
  • Experience understanding/navigating and closing complex deals by utilizing a solution sales methodology
  • Evangelistic Sale: Ability to tell the story of the company and uncover the need for a solution that the buyer may not know that they needed
  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI as it relates to the needs of hospitals and health system
  • Entrepreneurial: Proven success in rolling up sleeves and doing whatever it takes to help the business accomplish its goals
  • Collaborative: Works well cross functionally with internal team
