Job Description

The Equity Linked Products Associate/VP will be involved in all facets of JMP's investment banking activities, including private and public offerings, across a variety of industry groups. JMP’s VPs often work directly with senior investment bankers, continually receiving an education in financial analysis, as well as a broad-based exposure to all equity and debt products.
The specific responsibilities of the analyst may include: financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, coordination of various processes involved in financing, preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for meetings.
Requirements
- Live in, or ability to relocate to San Francisco or New York
- 3-5 years of related ECM experience
- MBA or CFA designation
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Series 63 and 79 certified
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills
- Superior work ethic
