We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements

Discovery and analyze requirements for new business processes and implementations. Focus on solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration with teams. Business Analyst will work on providing highly innovative solution identification of complex problems.

The consultant will use their business analyst, project management, and communications expertise to ensure successful adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives. Initiatives require close collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders striving to improve process and enhance operations across the organization.

Our Business Analysts work side-by-side with client teams to serve as the bridge between technology and the business. On a day to day basis this means talking to lots of people at the client site to ensure that projects are running smoothly and deliver real benefits.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with identifying and assessing customer needs
  • Experience with requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions and opportunities
  • Experience with conducting current and target state analysis software applications
  • Experience with analyzing disparate systems to identify gaps and potential impacts
  • Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), including experience in documenting risk, validity, and matrix suitability of comparisons
  • Experience with presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings
  • Experience with analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve or replace current systems
  • Experience with using an Agile methodology
