Our first-of-its-kind paid parental leave insurance enables companies to offer genuine paid maternity and paternity leave to all employees.
We're an early-stage startup creating a completely new category, and we're looking for the right person to activate and build out our existing direct and broker sales channels. We’ve raised money from early investors in Indiegogo, Plated, Omaze, and Carrot, among others.
This position plays a key role in advancing our mission of expanding access to paid parental leave by reaching companies, benefits brokers, advisors, consultants, and PEOs. This role will work closely with the CEO to establish the sales strategy amp; process, training, and onboarding of new brokers and clients. You'll seek out new opportunities, develop leads, win new business, and set (and beat) metrics.
We're looking for a resourceful go-getter that can set a strategy and directly execute against it with little oversight, and directly contribute to the execution of our mission. No job is too big or too little for you, you do whatever it takes. This isn't just some sales role, it plays a key role in building this company from the ground up. This is a fully remote role.
