1VALET is looking for a Director of Sales (USA) to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is someone who's ambitious and resourceful and excited by the opportunity to grow and develop our sales team in the US market. You’ll be joining a fast-growing hard-working group that’s changing the future of apartment and condo living!
Responsibilities include:
- Closing new business
- Managing sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management, at both the end-user and partner level
- Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, including account executives, business development representatives, and sales engineers
- Developing sales plans that support the goals of the company
- Developing sales channels in the US market
- Maintaining and providing visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage
- Accurately projecting sales revenues
- Creating and reporting on key sales metrics for the executive team
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers and providing executive oversight to key accounts
- Conducting in-person and virtual product demos (travel may be required)
- Assessing the competitive landscape
You'll need to have:
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS company
- 5+ years of experience in access control, smart door locks, and smart buildings
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
