Job Description

CybelAngel's mission is to create cutting-edge technologies to make the Internet a safer place. Thanks to our in-house developed solution we are able to detect data leaks over the Internet (e.g. Dark Web, Deep Web) as well as connected devices.

Using artificial intelligence, we identify sensitive data and provide a real-time alert service to our clients. We are therefore able to help major companies in securing and protecting their sensitive and confidential information and anticipating high risk security threats.

CybelAngel was founded in 2013 in Paris and we count about 150 employees worldwide. Our rapid growth has led us to successfully enter the US market in 2018. We have teams in New-York, Boston and since 2020, in London as well.

We count within our US portfolio companies such as Cushman amp; Wakefield, GardaWorld and Trimble which trusts us to fight cyber attacks.

Since 2013, we have raised $52 million and more recently we have completed a Series B financing round of $33 million.

Key Responsibilities

As part of his or her duties, the Pre-sales Engineer will manage :

  • Driving the prospects during the demonstration period
    • Ensure end-to-end management of trials
    • Manage the organization of trials, in collaboration with the sales team.
    • Deliver the right message to prospects, in a clear, professional and synthetic way
    • Measure and anticipate the satisfaction of prospects and collect their impressions and needs in a structured way
  • Participating in CybelAngel business development
    • Take an active part in the execution of the sales cycle (RFPs, POCs)
    • Provide technical support to the sales team at each phase of the sales cycle (discovery meetings, initiating demonstrations, writing a technical response or a call for tenders, attending conferences, etc.).
    • Liaise with the sales team on a regular basis to ensure growth
    • Proactively suggest improvements to the tools and report bugs

Requirements

Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales experience or cybersecurity, bachelor’s degree required
  • A passion for building relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal amp; written skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high sense of urgency
  • Over-the-top motivation to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Organizational skills and a results-oriented, self-starter attitude
