We're looking for an awesome People Operations and Talent Coordinator to join our growing team here at Skedulo. This role is perfect for someone who is a proactive self-starter that takes pride in providing stellar support, ensuring a great candidate and employee experience. The individual will be excited to continue to build on their previous experience in coordination as they manage the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process and build relationships with leaders across our organization. As you do all this, you’ll be directly contributing to our team’s ability to build and deliver a deskless workforce management platform.

Daily Responsibilities

Daily Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR processes including facilitating all aspects of the employee lifecycle: offer creation, background checks, on-boarding, probation, employee data changes, employee letters, employment verifications and off-boarding
  • Manage employee personnel files and all supporting documentation that comes with HR processes in partnership with other HR team members, including documents related to new hires, salary changes, leaves of absences, separations ensuring items are completed and securely filed
  • Be the first line of contact for employee inquiries to support the People Ops and Talent team
  • Maintain data integrity of the HRIS systems and employee files to ensure compliance and clean reporting of people metrics
  • Identify and facilitate internal process improvements
  • Participate in creating opportunities for our employees all over the world to have a meaningful shared experience

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Provide support in interview scheduling for hiring managers and external recruiters
  • Take the lead in updating and maintaining data in our applicant tracking system
  • Help drive effective communication and feedback between recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers ensuring a world-class candidate experience
  • Drive Skedulo’s employer branding by partnering with Marketing

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years of recruiting coordination or people operations experience
  • Previous experience working for a start-up or SaaS company
  • Must have strong written, oral and relationship-building communication skills
  • Must have working experience ore exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (preferred: Workable)

Desired Skills amp; Experience

  • Outstanding multitasking, time management, and prioritization skillset
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience with the following tools: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack
  • Ability to quickly connect with individuals, through active listening and understanding their situations
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and discreetly
