Job Description

Conjoint.ly is on a mission to automate market research. We offer quantitative research services to big and small companies (mostly in the USA and Europe). Through automation, we create efficiency in cost and turnaround time for our clients and maintain human connection and high research quality. As we continue to grow (in the number of products we offer and in clients’ awareness of our capabilities), we are looking for a versatile Sales Manager to join our team to grow our presence in North America.

The Sales Manager (Market Research) is a sales professional specialised in implementing and developing commercial and strategic partnership with North America’s clients in accordance with the company's overarching objective, strategic goals and strategies.

Our team is fully remote. We are mostly based in Australia with some members in Malaysia, Europe, USA and Russia. This opportunity requires flexibility to conduct calls with those based in other countries within North America’s region.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive new businesses and supports Director in all aspects of sales in North America;
  • Become an expert of Conjoint.ly’s products and application of Conjoint.ly’s solutions in supporting clients’ research objectives;
  • You will be selling Conjoint.ly's license for our automated tools for pricing and product focused research to our clients;
  • Sourcing opportunities through research and networking, actively following industry trends locally and internationally;
  • Prepare proposals including full costing quotations for clients;
  • Develop and execute action plans from exploring business opportunities and possible sales leads;
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and profit quotas and lead/ maintain pipeline for sales;
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach for partner outreach and relationship management;
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound leads’ follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits;
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest;
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align Conjoint.ly’s internal goals with new and existing partnership;
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with Conjoint.ly’s contract guidelines and policies;
  • Deliver great experience to our partners working with our organization - you will be acting as our brand ambassador and be our partners’ liaison internally;
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners in a timely manner, including co-created and/ or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/ or event partnerships;
  • Maintain great ongoing relationships with existing partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership;

Requirements

  • Excellent command in English, fluency in Spanish and French would be a plus;
  • Previous working experience as a Sales Manager for at least 3 year(s);
  • A successful track record in driving revenue growth in new businesses;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field;
  • Knowledge of data analytics environment and market research;
  • Ability to work effectively independently and harmoniously with a team and building relationships;
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strategic thinker;
  • Possess networking aptitude and results-driven;
  • Attention to details;

Successfully hired candidates will start on a one-year contract, renewable based on performance.
